When thyself become one, We make thou !

Where art thou?

Thou art here

We art thee !

How many art thou ?

1, 2 or three …

When thyself become one, We make thou !

Lets see why thee sees thou

three while thou art here !

If you are confused by the above short poem; this is me talking to myself in my own space of world.

I see myself as 3 versions living in one soul…

Here you go how I see myself, and why..

You see me as one person, I see myself as two persons…and at the end we are 3 versions living in 1 soul !

I see my outer shell (this what you see and communicate with), I hear my inner voice that I call “the inner core" that calls for the truth, calmness& balance. And, last but not least I sense my second brain (i.e. my gut) that provides me with balanced body and healthy living.

Firstly, let me enlighten you with my “outer shell”; this is the version that everyone sees, walks and talks too. It’s sensitive, courageous, respectful, and responsible. It has several hats such as the mom’s hat, the wife’s hat, the sister’s hat, the friend’s hat and the engineer’s hat. It basically wears the right hat at the right time of the day with the right audience. My outer shell is what makes me move forward, its my successful ship that sails all along my lifetime’s ocean and maneuvers across the tough waves with a strong believe of some behind the scenes support that is always there and will be there for me (Allah). My outer shell tought me that I am the person who tried and developed many times until I have reached today’s version of myself and I can still say “work is in progress for more growth and learnings along the years". This is the part of me that resembles giving and accepting love for my circle of support and others.

Secondly, let me introduce you to my inner core; its basically the place I belong when I am calm and relaxed.

It’s the inner voice that tells me

“ you have the power to try a new thing, you can do it, you are doing awesome, you are shining and spreading great energy everyday”.

This is my go-to persona when I meditate, when I pray, when I read and when I write. I invest a lot in my inner core, I frequently learn new techniques to eliminate any noise, I share my gratitude list and build upon. I have been trully purifying this persona of me so that I can always have my creative space and charging self forward. This is the part of me that drives me towards trying new things, that encourages me to discover new talents and that allows me to travel in my own space of prayer and gratitude. In other words, my inner core is my life’s compass of directions.

Thirdly, let me describe to you my gut; in other words, my second brain. My gut is what keeps me stable in energy, stable in emotions and stable actions. My gut never lies; and that’s why I follow my gut. I recently learned how to take care of my gut; basically through clean eating, physical activity and self-care. This is the true jewl of myself, it provides me with the highest productivity level ever !

It can keep me working on and on without feeling tired. The secret to my healthy gut is feeding it with the right food ingredients, taking care of its immunity, allowing it to have more fruits and vegetables, wholefood type of diet, free from artificial sugar, and free from tummy irritants such as gluten, milk and others. This is the part of me that fuels my body cells with energy like a plant to rise and shine. I believe I can do magic as long as my gut is fed with right bio-individual food intake.

To sum up, my three versions of myself, I believe the union of the three personas is what makes me unique in my self-transparency, loving, successful and healthy version of myself.

My question to my dear readers is to visit your “3 in 1 self” at all aspects and see where you are doing great and where you need to improve. Hence, this exercise will help you unleash talents that you were not aware about.

Regards,
